Property valuation

Our services relating to the valuation of a property are set at the price of 399 €, plus VAT. In the event that an exclusive sales mandate is signed by the sellers with our agency, we offer the real estate estimate for this property.

Real estate sale

For sales services, House Dream charges a 3% commission on the sale price of the property, plus VAT. This fee covers the entire sale process, from the initial appraisal of the property to the completion of the transaction.

We would like to clarify that the commission is entirely dependent on the person who signed the mandate to sell or search for a property
 real estate.

Real estate rental

The agency fee for renting a property amounts to one month’s rent, plus VAT.  These costs are borne by the tenants.

Inventory

Our fees applicable for the realization of the inventory of the places of entry or exit of the tenants will be charged up to 199 €, to which is added the VAT.
In the event that a rental mandate is signed by the lessors with our agency, we offer the inventory of entry and exit related to this property.

Goodwill

For the transfer of business assets, our commission amounts to 10% of the transaction amount. This fee is subject to VAT, which will be added to the total amount.
